Eligibility Guidelines for the Junior Miss and Teen Miss U.S.P.A Queens

Eligibility Requirements

​

Junior Miss U.S.P.A:

  • Age: 10–13 years old

  • Application: Self-written application form

  • Photo: A recent color photo of the contestant

Teen Miss U.S.P.A:

  • Age: 14–17 years old

  • Application: Self-written application form

  • Essay: A 150-word (or less) self-written essay on “What Polka Music Means to Me”

    • Essays will be checked for originality; AI-written submissions will result in disqualification.

  • Photo: A recent color photo of the contestant

Important Deadlines

  • Application Deadline: April 23, 2025

  • All forms must be submitted and complete by this date to be eligible.
