Junior Miss U.S.P.A:

Age: 10–13 years old

Application: Self-written application form

Teen Miss U.S.P.A:

Age: 14–17 years old

Application: Self-written application form
-
Essay: A 150-word (or less) self-written essay on “What Polka Music Means to Me”

Essays will be checked for originality; AI-written submissions will result in disqualification.
