Submission Guidelines for the U.S.P.A. New Horizon Award

​

Young individuals interested in submitting information for the U.S.P.A. New Horizon Award must meet the following criteria:

• Eligibility: Must be a young, musically talented individual with a strong passion for performing polka music.

• Age Requirement: Applicants must be 21 years of age or younger.

• Membership Requirement: At least one parent must be a member of the United States Polka Association.

• Annual Submission: A new BIO must be submitted every year by December 31st.
