Any young person submitting information to the U.S.P.A. New Horizon Award must conform to the following guidelines:


    *A young, musically talented person who shows extreme interest in performing polka music





    *Age limit is up to twenty-one (21) years of age





    *Parent(s) must be a member of the United States Polka Association





    *BIOs to be submitted each year by December 31st
